Residency in the Same State as the Project: No, there is no requirement to reside in the same state as the project. You can live in Florida, while the project may be in California.

Return on Investments: According to EB-5 program legislation, there is no guarantee of investment return. The return on investment may depend on the profitability of the business or the success of the project, especially when investing through a Regional Center. Some Regional Centers provide statistics on the return of funds. On average, investors can expect a return on their investments within 5-7 years.
